Both Nikki and Mina will run these classes, however will do so on alternating weeks.  This class will run for 60 minutes and run from 8AM-9AM.

Incorporating a high cardio army drill style workout that increases your heart rate and fitness.

Our world-class boot camp instructors morph into military drill sergeants combined with their knowledge and experience to assist you within this group class to maximise our member’s fitness and training.
