Develop strength with boxing techniques and drills.
This all over cardio and strength training workout will also improve your endurance, co-ordination and stamina in a 30/45-minute, boxing-style high-intensity interval workout. It is based on training used for boxing, so includes skipping and boxing drills, as well as footwork and abdominal training to all focus on fitness and toning.
