High intensity interval training

**Must register at reception, call or email by previous day if you are planning to attend 6AM class**

High intensity interval training (HIIT) contains functional elements of strength and cardio to bring you extreme results fast. A high impact class that improves your fitness and makes you build up a sweat.

HIIT classes are a fast-paced and high-intensity combo which place an emphasis on burning calories, blasting fat and increasing your metabolic rate.

Our world-class HIIT instructors have extensive knowledge and experience with group training to maximise all your fitness and training.

COVID-19 UPDATE FROM RHF

Dear Members,

We appreciate that these are difficult and uncertain times for all. 

We would like to inform our valued members that we are open from 9th November with strict hygiene protocols in place for all.

New restrictions allow us to operate at a patron ratio of 1:4 square meter during staffed hours and 1:8 square meter during unstaffed hours.

Your health and well-being is our number 1 concern. We have implemented extended measures in our facility to ensure that we are able to remain open.

Please adhere to the following rules:

  • If you are sick, stay at home
  • No towel No workout.
  • Arrive on the hour as your workout is limited to the hour. (60 minutes max)
  • Check in at reception prior to workout.
  • Arrive ready for your workout, change rooms and showers are CLOSED.
  • Masks must be worn at all times, except during cardio workouts.
  • Wipe down all equipment after use with the provided disinfectants through the gym.
