Pilates Core & Flexibility Class

Pilates is a low-impact, core strength and endurance activity with emphasis on lengthening the body and aligning the spine.

Benefits include longer, leaner muscles, improved posture, injury prevention, increased circulation, relief of tension, enhanced body awareness and improved balance, flexibility and strength.

Pilates Mat – Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Pilates mat is a challenging, yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.

Suitable for all levels and ages and applicable to those recovering from injury

Our world-class Pilates instructors have extensive knowledge and experience with group training, to maximise our member’s fitness and training for all levels


Dear Members,

We appreciate that these are difficult and uncertain times for all. 

We would like to inform our valued members that we are open from 9th November with strict hygiene protocols in place for all.

New restrictions allow us to operate at a patron ratio of 1:4 square meter during staffed hours and 1:8 square meter during unstaffed hours.

Your health and well-being is our number 1 concern. We have implemented extended measures in our facility to ensure that we are able to remain open.

Please adhere to the following rules:

  • If you are sick, stay at home
  • No towel No workout.
  • Arrive on the hour as your workout is limited to the hour. (60 minutes max)
  • Check in at reception prior to workout.
  • Arrive ready for your workout, change rooms and showers are CLOSED.
  • Masks must be worn at all times, except during cardio workouts.
  • Wipe down all equipment after use with the provided disinfectants through the gym.
