BIOGRAPHY

As a passionate fitness professional with several years experience, I know how determination and commitment can change people’s lives forever. I see each person as an individual, which means each person has their own goals.

I believe there is no one program for everyone and that each person must have their own personalised program to help achieve their goals, as what works for one may not necessarily work for someone else.

My passion in the fitness industry is driven by people, by progress, by joy in people’s eyes when they realise change is happening and they are getting closer and closer to their goal.My focus, as a dedicated fitness coach is to provide 24/7 communication availability and help people reach their full potential, including healthy mind, body and soul, whether starting from scratch or an accomplished athlete.

I WILL use my knowledge and experience to help motivate you to reach beyond what you think is possible.

COVID-19 UPDATE FROM RHF

Dear Members,

We appreciate that these are difficult and uncertain times for all. 

We would like to inform our valued members that we are open from 9th November with strict hygiene protocols in place for all.

New restrictions allow us to operate at a patron ratio of 1:4 square meter during staffed hours and 1:8 square meter during unstaffed hours.

Your health and well-being is our number 1 concern. We have implemented extended measures in our facility to ensure that we are able to remain open.

Please adhere to the following rules:

  • If you are sick, stay at home
  • No towel No workout.
  • Arrive on the hour as your workout is limited to the hour. (60 minutes max)
  • Check in at reception prior to workout.
  • Arrive ready for your workout, change rooms and showers are CLOSED.
  • Masks must be worn at all times, except during cardio workouts.
  • Wipe down all equipment after use with the provided disinfectants through the gym.
